Swiss Chocolate Frosting Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, add in the egg, margarine, salt and cocoa. Combine and blend well.
2. After that, add in the sugar alternately with milk and vanilla, mixing until everything is creamy and smooth.
3. If you want to thicken the frosting, add more sugar. If you want to make the frosting thinner, add more milk.
